国家对环境问题越发重视,"先污染,后治理"思想已经在多年发展中显现出较多问题,致使我国环境问题严重,生态严重失衡。绿色工程是为改变传统施工方式的新方法。本文对绿色工程理念进行分析,并对工程管理体系进行探究,对施工中存在问题进行研究,并提出解决对策,为绿色工程管理模式做出参考。

The state pays more and more attention to environmental issues. The idea of ＂pollution first and then treatment＂ has shown many problems in its development for many years, resulting in serious environmental problems and serious ecological imbalances in China.Green project is a new way to change the traditional construction methods. This article analyzes the concept of green project, explores the project management system, studies problems in construction, and proposes solutions to make reference for the green project management model.
