浅析高速铁路项目责任成本管理

Analysis on Responsibility Cost Management of High-speed Railway Projects

随着中国经济的腾飞,中国高铁作为中国经济建设发展一张靓丽的名片,享誉全球,被誉为中国近代的新"四大发明",同时也为中国经济发展起到了强大的基础支撑。但从中国高铁建设方面,由于出现时间短、新技术应用多、项目投资大、管理区间长、管理时间跨度长、要求标准高等情况,无论在技术管理还是成本管理上,都存在诸多问题亟待提高。本文就高速铁路项目的成本管理为例,结合以往类似项目的责任成本管理的运用,提出了适合高速铁路项目管理的责任成本管理思路,以便为其他高速铁路项目责任成本管理提供借鉴。

With the rapid development of China＇s economy, China High Speed Rail has become a beautiful card for China＇s economic development, and has been hailed as the ＂four major inventions＂ in modern China and has also served as a strong foundation for China＇s economic development. However, from the aspect of China＇s high-speed rail construction, due to short time, new technology applications,large project investment, long management intervals, long management time spans, and high standards, there are many problems that need to be improved in both technology management and cost management. This paper takes the cost management of high-speed railway projects as an example, combines the use of the responsibility cost management of similar projects in the past, puts forward the idea of liability cost management for high-speed railway project management, so as to provide reference for the management of the liability costs of other highspeed railway projects.
