摘要
箱位扫描系统(LCPS),通过激光器实时扫描获得堆场集装箱轮廓,与龙门吊控制系统一起实现起升和小车的防撞保护与智能减速功能。文章依据LCPS研发项目风险评价的主要过程,加之考虑到研发项目各个风险因素之间的关系,结合项目本身的特点,将LCPS研发项目的风险因素分为技术风险、项目进度风险、成本风险和市场风险,然后采用AHP-熵权法评估各个风险因素的权重,并结合计算结果给出LCPS研发项目的风控建议。
Load Collision Profile System(LCPS) is the system which could Scan the profile of the yard container by using laser and it realizes collision protection and intelligent deceleration function of hoisting and trolley with the system of gantry crane. Based on the mainly evaluation process of LCPS R$D project and considering the correlation among risk factors, and combining the features of the project itself,this paper divides the factors into four categories which are technical risk, project schedule risk, cost risk and market risk. Then AHP and entropy weight method is adopted to evaluate the weights of every factor. Finally this paper proposes some risk management opinions about LCPS RD project.
