摘要 在对医院进行管理的过程中,绩效评价是一项较为重要的工作,而这一项工作在实际开展过程中有多种方式,层次分析法、加权秩和比法、TOPSIS法等都属于医院绩效评价当中经常会使用到的综合评价方式。可是,不同的绩效评价方式在实际应用过程中也有利有弊,为了能够更好地保障医院绩效评价工作的有序开展,本文也就层次分析法和加权秩和比法在医院绩效评价中的应用进行了具体的综述。 In hospital management, performance evaluation is a relatively important task. There are many ways in the actual implementation of this work, such as analytic hierarchy process, weighted rank-sum ratio method, TOPSIS method, etc. However, different performance evaluation methods also have advantages and disadvantages in the actual application process. In order to better ensure the orderly development of hospital performance evaluation, this paper analyzes the AHP and the weighted rank sum ratio method in the evaluation of hospital performance. The application was specifically reviewed.
