摘要
某水电站大坝下游河道左岸,桩号为坝下0+180.00m~坝下0+685.00m,坡顶内侧平台修建有电厂办公大楼和生活小区住宅楼等建筑物。该护坡原设计为混凝土贴坡支护,坡顶高程约为20.00m,坡脚高程为7.00m,坡比为1:1~1:2.5,混凝土护坡局部有裂缝、鼓包和塌陷等现象,护坡整体有向河床侧缓慢蠕变塌滑的趋势。为保障边坡安全,需对该段护坡混凝土挖除,重新衬砌混泥土护坡。本工程采用面板堆石坝无轨滑模施工工艺衬砌混凝土护坡。
The left bank of the downstream channel of a hydropower station dam is divided into 0 +180.00 m below the dam and 0 +685.00 m below the dam. The building on the inner platform of the slope includes the power station office building and the residential residential building. The original design of the slope protection is concrete slope slope support. The elevation of the slope top is about20.00 m, the elevation of the slope foot is 7.00 m, the slope ratio is 1:1~1: 2.5, and there are cracks, bulges and collapses in the local areas of concrete slope protection, and the slope protection has the tendency of slowly creep collapse and slip to the riverbed side. In order to ensure the safety of the slope, it is necessary to excavate the slope protection concrete and reconstruct the concrete slope protection. In this project, the railless slipform rock fill dam with face slab of construction process is used to lining concrete slope protection.
