摘要
脑卒中会引起的人的肢体运动功能丧失,手功能发生障碍便是其中一种。本文设计了一种辅助患者进行弯曲伸展运动的多自由度外骨骼康复机械手系统,通过一定的重复性训练治疗,降低患者因无法经常活动手部造成大脑相关运动神经功能衰弱和手部相关肌肉的萎缩的可能性,进而恢复手指的运动功能。
Stroke can cause loss of limb movement function, and dysfunction of hand function is one of them. This paper designed a multi-degree-of-freedom exoskeleton manipulator system that assists patients in flexion and extension exercises. Through certain repetitive training treatments, the patient's hand-related inability to exercise the brain caused a decline in brain-related motor nerve function and hand-related muscle atrophy, and then restore the motion function of the fingers.
