摘要
本文通过基于现代学徒制下"工匠精神"创新平台建设的背景分析、建设内容、平台使用取得成效三个方面,阐述了该平台在高技能创新型人才培养中所进行的人才培养模式,实训平台建设方面的创新和改革及取得的成效。该实训平台的建设首先有基于现代学徒制下"工匠精神"创新平台建设工作小组,制定了详细的工作方案。在行业企业调研的基础上修订基于现代学徒制的创新人才培养方案。创建因仑"3+1"工程创新实践中心,学生在工程师的带领下,完成电子产品的设计,并在电子产品生产实训基地在企业师傅的带领下完成电子产品的生产、加工和测试。最终实现产品的批量生产,销往市场。该过程培养了学生的人文素养和职业素养。并实现了学徒学习与职业生涯的高度融合。
Based on the background analysis, construction content and effect of the platform, this paper expounds the talent training mode of "Craftsman's Spirit" platform in the cultivation of high skill and innovation talents, innovation and reform in the construction of practical training platform and its achievements. The construction of the training platform first had a work group based on the "Craftsman's Spirit" innovation platform under the modern apprenticeship system and formulated a detailed work plan. On the basis of industry and company research, we will revise innovative talent training programs based on modern apprenticeships. By creating the Inlun "3 +1" engineering innovation practice center, under the leadership of engineers, the students completed the design of electronic products and completed the production, processing and testing of electronic products under the guidance of the company's masters at the electronic product production and training base. The mass production of the products is finally achieved and sold to the market. This process cultivates students' humanistic qualities and professional qualities, and achieved a high degree of fusion between apprenticeship and career.
