摘要
培养高素质的内部兼职教师队伍是提高培训质量,完善培训管理体系的必然要求,但内部兼职教师也存在授课质量不高,课程开发能力不足等问题,本文通过分析问题原因,以加强培训培养,完善激励考核为切入点,提出统一管理,统一培训,一期一考核,一年一评优的管理模式,以实现兼职教师队伍的自然优化。
To cultivate excellent part-time teachers is the inevitable requirement to improve the quality of training and improve the training management system. But the training skills of part-time teachers are not high, and the competence of curriculum development is insufficient. This paper analyzes the reasons of problems, takes strengthening the training, improving the incentive evaluation as the breakthrough point, so as to put forward the method of establishing unified management, unified training, and evaluation mode to realize the natural optimization of part-time teachers.
