摘要
在热电阻温度计的检定过程中需要严格按照规定的技术要求来进行操作,及时明确电阻值,在遵循标准电阻温度计标准的前提下,有效避免了检定误差,并促进了热电阻温度计检定水平的进一步提升。本文从热电阻温度计检定现状出发,对导线接入和检定装置自身等问题进行了简单介绍,从而明确了热电阻温度计的检定方法。通过采用自动检测技术,把握好控温时间,明确读数方式等途径来提升检定结果的精准度。
In the verification process of thermal resistance thermometers, it is necessary to operate strictly in accordance with the specified technical requirements and define the resistance value in a timely manner, so that under the premise of following the standards of standard resistance thermometers, the verification error is effectively avoided, and the thermal resistance thermometer verification level is improved. This article starts with the status quo of thermal resistance thermometer verification, and briefly introduces the problems of wire access and verification device itself, thus defining the verification method of the thermal resistance thermometer. Through the use of automatic detection technology, a good grasp of temperature control time, clear reading methods and other ways, the accuracy of the test results is improved.
