摘要
由于全球能源消耗量较大且资源日渐紧缺,全球范围内有关于夏热冬冷地区的建筑节能建筑研究较多,但是针对夏热冬冷地区建筑进行节能改造以及效益评价的研究较少。本文主要对夏热冬冷地区建筑的围护结构、照明系统、窗墙改造提出改造措施。并根据其改造效果论述其节能效益,针对经济、环境和社会三大效益进行综合分析。
Due to the large amount of global energy consumption and the increasing scarcity of resources, there are many researches on building energy-saving buildings in the hot summer and cold winter regions around the world. However, there are few studies on the energy-saving reconstruction and benefit evaluation of buildings in the hot summer and cold winter regions. This article proposes reform measures for the building envelope, lighting system and window wall reconstruction in hot summer and cold winter areas. According to its transformation effect, it discusses its energy-saving benefits and comprehensively analyzes the three major economic, environmental and social benefits.
