Exploration on the Training of Graduates' Employment Ability in Shandong Higher Vocational Colleges

就业问题是关乎民生的重大问题,高职院校毕业生作为不占优势的群体,要想提高就业竞争力,职业院校要在人才培养的全过程中注重学生就业能力与素养的培养。本文介绍了就业能力的含义和构成,又以山东职业学院为例探讨了对于提高学生就业能力所采取的各种措施,希望能给兄弟院校有一定的借鉴。

The employment issue is a major issue related to people＇s livelihood. Higher vocational colleges should pay attention to the cultivation of students＇ employability and accomplishment in the whole process of talent cultivation as a non-dominant group. This article introduces the meaning and composition of employability, and takes the Shandong Polytechnic as an example to discuss various measures taken to improve students＇ employability, hoping to give a certain reference to the sibling institutions.
