居住福利研究综述

Review of the Research on Residential Welfare

论文对居住福利的国内外研究现状及进展进行了综述。随着住房问题在国内不断被关注,居住福利被越来越多的学者讨论与研究。从居住福利的内涵来说,居住福利是一种人权,通常被表述为适足住房权,即公民有获得适当住房的权利。同时,居住福利更意味着为其提供良好的居住条件和居住环境。大量的研究集中在居住福利的衡量和实证研究上,一方面,研究住房的可获得性,即住房可支付性研究;另一方面,居住者的生活舒适度和满意度以及居住空间评价等,即居住条件和居住环境研究。从理论上说,居住福利涉及多个学科;从实践上说,居住福利涉及民生问题。因此居住福利研究应予以重视。

The research situation and progress on residential welfare in recent years are reviewed in this paper. With more and more concerns were paid to housing problems, residential welfare was discussed and researched by more and more scholarships. As far as the meaning of residential welfare concerned, it is one kind of human rights, and was described as the right to adequate housing, which means that citizens have the right to obtain appropriate housing. Meanwhile, residential welfare means good housing conditions and circumstances.Many studies focus on the measurement and empirical research, for one thing, the housing availability, which is the study on the housing affordability. For another thing, the living comfort and satisfaction of the residents, as well as the evaluation of living space, etc. which is the study on the living conditions and circumstances. In theory, residential welfare involves multiple subjects; In practice, residential welfare issues relate to the livelihood of the people. In a word, the studies on residential welfare should be paid more attention.
