Improve Students' Comprehensive Quality Based on Technological Innovation and Engineering Training

针对目前我国高等教育正在逐步向现代的综合素质教育转化的形式,提出对我校学生实施综合素质、创新能力和道德水平的培养,有助于学生形成正确的世界观、人生观和价值观,重新衡量自己的道德底线,审视自身的道德修养,发现道德缺失并及时纠正自己的价值观,在学习做一名学者之前,先学习如何做一个道德高尚的人。同时,以创新设计训练和大学生工程训练综合技能大赛为驱动,引导学生将所学的专业知识活学活用,在训练和竞赛过程中充实内涵丰富头脑、大胆创新勇于实践,将专业知识运用到生产实际,推动我校学生整体科技创新水平和创新实力。

In view of the current situation that our country＇s higher education is gradually transforming into a modern comprehensive and innovative quality education, we propose to train our students in the cultivation of comprehensive qualities, innovative abilities and moral standards so as to help students form a correct world outlook, outlook on life and values, to re-measure their moral bottom line,examine their own moral accomplishments and find out the moral deficiencies in a timely manner to correct their own values, learning to be a scholar before, how to be a good man, a good moral high-quality high. At the same time, with innovative design training and comprehensive training of college students skills competition as a driving force, to guide students to learn the knowledge and skills to learn active in the process of training and competition enrich the connotation of rich minds, brave innovation bold practice, the professional knowledge applied to the production in fact, promote our students overall technological innovation and innovation strength.
