摘要
高职高专毕业生就业的不稳定一直是高职院校和用人单位关注的重要问题。本研究通过调查辽宁省高职专科财经类毕业生初次就业稳定性情况发现:企业知名度、工作压力、福利报酬、企业文化、领导方式和管理体制以及职位晋升空间是影响稳定性的重要因此。通过分析本研究对此提出了相应的对策建议。
The unstable employment of higher vocational college graduates has always been an important issue for higher vocational colleges and employers. This study investigated the initial employment stability situation of the financial and economical graduates of a vocational college in Liaoning Province and found that corporate reputation, work pressure, welfare and remuneration, corporate culture,leadership style and management system, as well as job promotion space are important factors that affect stability. By analyzing, the corresponding countermeasures were proposed.
