摘要
本文分析了目前高校图书馆员职业的现状,并提出了构建高校图书馆员职业化建设的路径,为我国高校图书馆员职业化建设提供一些见解。
The current situation of the librarians＇ career in the universities was analyzed and the construction of the professional construction of librariansin was put forward in this paper, it maybe provide some author＇s opinions for the professional construction of librarians in our country.
