本文从全寿命周期的视角,识别医院项目在决策阶段、建设阶段所面临的风险问题,然后对其进行归纳总结,通过多种方法途径识别关键风险,为后续从多视角多阶段采取多种措施降低医院项目的建设风险,提供理论支撑。然后,本文综合考虑医院项目的进度风险、质量风险、安全风险等,从多种视角有针对性制定相关应对措施。

This article identifies the risk issues faced by hospital projects in the decision-making phase and construction phase from the perspective of the full-life cycle, and then summarizes them, identifies key risks through various methods, and takes multiple measures for subsequent follow-up from multiple perspectives and stages. Reduce the risk of hospital project construction and provide theoretical support. Then, this paper comprehensively considers the progress risks, quality risks, and security risks of hospital projects, and formulates relevant countermeasures from various perspectives.
