摘要
自然灾害发生的频率与日俱增,给人类带来的危害日益加重,为了更好地应对自然灾害,需要对自然灾害信息档案进行深入的开发和利用。运用知识管理的方法分析并研究自然灾害信息档案管理系统,使其具有为各层级用户提供质量更优的信息数据的能力。知识管理的方法适合在自然灾害信息档案管理领域推广使用。
The frequency of natural disasters is increasing day by day, the harm to human is becoming more and more serious. In order to better solve natural disasters, it is necessary to develop and utilize the information archives of natural disasters in depth. Use the method of knowledge management to analyze and study the natural disaster,so that it has the ability to provide better quality information data for users at all levels. The method of knowledge management is suitable for application promotion in the field of natural disaster information archives management.
