摘要
本文以选取的城市轨道交通工程中的三个标准车站为对象,针对车站中的给排水及消防系统、通风空调系统、动力照明系统,进行基于BIM的轨道交通工程机电安装算量应用研究。借助BIM算量软件,构建BIM安装算量模型,实现一模多算,进行工程量统计与汇总,将初步设计阶段与施工图设计阶段的工程量进行比较,得到量差与量差率,分析不同设计阶段工程量的合理性。
In this paper, three standard stations in the selected urban rail transit project are taken as objects. Based on the water supply and drainage system, fire fighting system, ventilation and air-conditioning system, and power lighting system in the station, the application of mechanical and electrical installation calculation based on BIM rail transit engineering is studied. BIM calculation software is used to build a BIM installation calculation model to achieve a large number of calculations. Statistics and summary of construction quantities are performed.The amount of engineering difference between the preliminary design stage and the construction drawing design stage is compared to obtain the quantity difference and the quantity difference rate, to analyze the rationality of the amount of work in different design stages.
