摘要 高等职业教育蕴含着高等教育及职业教育双重属性,肩负着社会经济发展重要使命。在高职教育飞速发展表象下,尚存在内涵发展理念贫乏"瓶颈",致力内涵发展成为当务之急。而高职专业文化及其有效的评价机制,成为高职内涵发展的关键制约要素。本文剖析了高职专业文化内涵,明确了专业文化的核心导向地位,深刻阐述了高职专业文化特质,针对专业文化建设运行体系、师生行为走向及文化传承途径制定举措。此外,本文阐述了高职专业文化评价机制本质,剖析了其问题所在,就专业文化评价机制构建提出原则性建议,为深化高职内涵建设提供了一定理论借鉴。 Higher vocational education contains the dual attributes of higher education and vocational education, shouldering the important mission of social and economic development. Under the rapid development of higher vocational education, there is still a "bottleneck" in the concept of connotation development, and the development of connotation has become an imperative. Higher vocational professional culture and its effective evaluation mechanism have become key constraints to the development of higher vocational education.This article analyzes the professional cultural connotation of higher vocational education, clarifies the core guiding position of professional culture, profoundly expounds the professional culture characteristics of higher vocational education, and formulates measures for the development of professional culture construction operating system, teacher-student behavior and cultural inheritance. In addition, this article elaborates the essence of professional evaluation system of higher vocational education, analyzes its problems, and proposes principled suggestions on the construction of professional cultural evaluation mechanism, which provides a certain theoretical reference for deepening the connotation construction of higher vocational education.
