进入新世纪以来我国基建事业飞速发展,随着建设的深入发展社会对相关的建筑技术和管理的要求越来越高。这一需求直接提升的我国建筑水平,越来越多的高难度、大规模建筑物应运而生,这就要求工程项目负责单位进行科学的造价控制,以此来保证工程品质,同位提高单位的效益。工程造价控制是否有针对性、是否科学合理对工程的品质和收益影响非常大。本文就结合当前社会情况来探讨科学、合理控制造价工程。

Since the beginning of the new century, China＇s infrastructure construction has been developing rapidly. With the further development of construction, the society has become increasingly demanding for related construction technologies and management. This demand has directly boosted the level of China＇s architecture and more and more difficult and large-scale buildings have emerged. This requires requires the project responsible unit to carry out scientific cost control in order to guarantee the quality of the project and at the same time improve the efficiency of the unit. Whether the project cost control is targeted or not and whether it is scientific and reasonable has a great influence on the quality and income of the project. This article discusses the scientific and rational control of cost engineering based on current social conditions.
