基于因子分析法的医药制造企业创新能力评价

The Evaluation of Enterprise Innovation Capability Based on Factor Analysis in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

以340家江苏省医药制造企业为例,从创新资源投入能力、支撑能力和产出能力三个方面构建医药创新能力评价指标体系,运用因子分析法分析江苏省医药制造企业创新能力。研究结果表明,对医药制造企业创新能力影响程度由大到小的因素分别是创新资源投入能力、创新产出能力和创新支撑能力,企业样本中综合得分最高、最低分别为9.270、-1.310分,江苏省医药制造企业创新能力整体状况较好。

Taking 340 pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises in Jiangsu as an example, the evaluation index system of pharmaceutical innovation capability was constructed from three aspects of innovative resource input capability, supporting capacity and output capacity and factor analysis was used to analyze the innovation capability of pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises in Jiangsu Province. The results show that the factors that influence the degree of innovation ability of pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises from big to small are, innovation investment ability, output capacity and supporting capacity. The highest and lowest overall scores in the sample were 9.270 and-1.310 points.The overall state of innovation of pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises in Jiangsu Province was relatively good.
