Discussion on the Development of Small and Medium Sized Enterprises in Qingdao Based on SWOT analysis

中小微企业的健康发展对于青岛市经济稳中前进具有重要意义。本文基于SWOT分析法,认为青岛中小微企业具有区位优越等优势,又存在经营成本高等劣势。既有国家优惠政策扶持等的机遇,又面临企业之间恶性竞争等挑战。因此,要加快青岛中小微企业的发展,就必须要采取促进产业集群化发展等一些措施。

The healthy development of small and medium enterprises is of great meaning to the economic stability of Qingdao.Based on the SWOT analysis, this paper argues that small and medium enterprises in Qingdao have advantages such as superior location and high cost of operation. There are opportunities for preferential policies such as national support, and challenges such as vicious competition among enterprises. Therefore, to speed up the development of small and medium enterprises in Qingdao, we must take some measures to promote the development of industrial clusters.
