摘要
注浆技术在水利水电工程建设中有巨大的应用价值,但是人们对注浆扩散机理认识水平的差异。这使得注浆设计和施工存在很大程度的盲目性和局限性。基于上述问题,设计一套小型单管单孔注浆模型装置,得到流量(Q)、水灰比(W/C)、注浆压力(P)、渗透系数(K)及扩散半径等参数之间的关系,并通过对实验数据回归分析得到5组扩散方程,本试验所得结果可以为注浆工程提供一定的技术支持。
Grouting technology has great application value in the construction of water conservancy and hydropower projects, but people have different understanding level of grouting diffusion mechanism, which makes grouting design and construction have a large degree of blindness and limitations. Based on the above problems, a small single-tube single-hole grouting model device was designed to obtain the relationship among the parameters such as flow rate(Q), water-cement ratio(W/C), grouting pressure(P), permeability coefficient(K) and diffusion radius and through the regression analysis of the experimental data, five sets of diffusion equations are obtained. The results obtained in this experiment can provide some technical support for the grouting project.
