高职艺术设计类专业“设计新工匠”的人才培养理念初探

On the Concept of Talent Training of "New Design Craftsmen" in Art Design Specialty of Higher Vocational Colleges

时代发展需要工匠精神,文章深入剖析匠心渊源和工匠精神内涵,从设计行业和高职教育的需求出发,提出中国设计"新工匠"的高职艺术设计类专业的人才培养定位,从创造之人、作品心、手艺人气质、修行者和竹石精神五个方面探索如何塑造中国设计"新工匠"。

The development of the times requires the spirit of craftsmanship. The article analyzes ingeniously the origin of the craftsmanship and the spirit of the craftsmen. Starting from the needs of the design industry and higher vocational education, the paper proposes the orientation of the talent cultivation of art design specialty in higher vocational education, ＂new craftsman＂ in China design, and explores how to shape the Chinese design ＂new craftsman＂ from the five aspects of the person who created it, the work heart, craftsmanship,the practitioner and the spirit of bamboo and stone.
