“一带一路”视阈下中越合作机遇与前景——基于越南交通基础设施建设的考察

Opportunities and Prospects of Sino-Vietnamese Cooperation from the Perspective of the “Belt and Road”——Investigation based on Construction of Traffic Infrastructure in Vietnam

通过对自后金融危机时期越南交通基础设施建设进展与不足进行述评,同时对越南政府新一轮发展政策目标和规划、融资规模及发展困境进行介评,得出以下认识:一带一路倡议和AIIB与越南目标需求高度契合,因而中越加强合作是一种互利双赢的选择。应消弥认知障碍,推动并扩大中越投资合作。

This paper centers its review on the construction of Vietnam＇s transportation infrastructure in view of its improvements and its impediments,its long-term plan of development,the sum of capital needed. The paper deems it BR and AIIB are catering to Vietnam＇s plan on developing transportation infrastructure.Therefore,It is a must for both China and Vietnam to cooperate on Vietnam＇s gigantic plan of investment on the transportation infrastructure.
