Social Foundation of Cultural Consensus Construction from the Perspective of the “Belt and Road”

在"一带一路"背景下,构建文化共识对世界各国的和平与发展,对我们国家的繁荣昌盛以及对个人自身的成长与发展都具有重要意义。文化共识构建的社会基础主要包括物质基础、制度基础和精神基础。建构文化共识,要大力发展经济建设,打牢文化共识的物质基础;完善文化发展的管理机制,巩固文化共识的制度基础;树立大众的文化主体意识,奠定文化共识的精神基础。

Under the background of the＂Belt and Road＂,the construction of cultural consensus is of great significance to the peace and development of all countries in the world,to the prosperity of our country and to the growth and development of individuals themselves.The social foundation of cultural consensus construction mainly includes material foundation,institutional basis and spiritual basis.To construct the cultural consensus,we shall vigorously develop economic construction to lay down the material basis of cultural consensus; improve the management mechanism of cultural development to consolidate the institutional basis of cultural consensus; as well as establish consciousness of the cultural subject of the masses to lay the spiritual foundation of cultural consensus.
