精准扶贫视域下思想贫困状况及对策分析——以钦州市为例

On Situation and Countermeasures of Ideological Poverty in the View of Precision Poverty Alleviation——Taking Qinzhou City as an Example

思想扶贫是全面建成小康的题中之义、打赢脱贫攻坚战的重要内容、"乡村振兴"战略的重要抓手、"两个建成"的必然要求。钦州市贫困户风险意识较差,信息意识滞后,市场意识淡薄,存在一定的利己思想。因此要注重思想扶贫,加强基层干部队伍建设,发挥思想引领作用;重视宣传工作,发挥群众主体作用;推进产业融合,发挥"文化+"带动作用;加强农民技能培训,增强贫困户自我发展能力;弘扬先进文化,提升农民素养;畅通对外交流渠道,促进信息资源共享;动员利用各方力量,共同发力形成合力。

Ideological poverty alleviation is an important part of building a well-off society in an all-round way,an important part of winning the battle against poverty and difficulty,an important grasp of the strategy of＂rural vitalization＂,and an inevitable requirement of ＂Two Buildings.＂Poor households in Qinzhou have poor sense of risk,weak market consciousness,selfish and narrow self-interest consciousness,and lag behind in information consciousness. Therefore,we should pay attention to ideological poverty alleviation,strengthen the building of grass-roots cadres to play a leading role in ideology; attach importance to propaganda work and give play to the role of the masses as the main body; promote industrial integration and give play to the leading role in＂culture＋＂; strengthen the training of farmers＇ skills and enhance the self-development ability of the poor households; carry forward the advanced literature to improve farmers＇ quality; open the channels of foreign communication and promote the sharing of information resources; as well as mobilize and make use of all forces to form a joint force.
