摘要
通过对中国野生动物法律保护的研究,分析了当今野生动物法律保护存在的问题,同时根据相关调查,从法律的角度,对中国野生动物保护提出建议和对策。
Through the research on the legal protection of wild animals in China, the problems of legal protection of wild animals are analyzed. At the same time, according to relevant investigations, suggestions and countermeasures for the protection of wild animals in China are proposed from the legal point of view.
