摘要
以灾害经济学理论为基础,阐明林火灾害风险管理的概念和内容,进一步提出了林火灾害风险识别的内容及方法,明确了林火灾害风险的主要致灾因子。
Based on the theory of disaster economics, this paper clarifies the concept and content of forest fire disaster risk management, and further proposes the content and method of forest fire disaster risk identification, and clarifies the main hazard factors of forest fire disaster risk.
