摘要 为了探究不同施肥种类对黑木耳生长和结实性状的影响,以白桦原料林为原料,菌种LK916为研究对象,对黑木耳菌丝生长速度、产量、生物学效率和黑木耳原基形成时间进行对比试验。实验结果表明黑木耳菌丝的生长和结实性状对施K肥白桦培养料响应较明显,为食用菌原料林施肥种类的应用提供了依据。 In order to explore the effects of different fertilization types on the growth and fruiting traits of Auricularia auricula, the Betula chinensis L. was used as the raw material, and the strain LK916 was used as the research object. The growth rate, yield, biological efficiency and the formation time of the black fungus primordia were studied. The results of comparative test showed that the growth and fruiting traits of Auricularia auricula had a significant response to the application of K-fertilis culture, which provided a basis for the application of edible fertilizers.
