基于产业结构视角的北京林业产业分析与展望

Analysis and Prospect of Beijing's Forestry Industry Based on the Perspective of Industrial Structure

林业产业是建设生态文明的重要载体,转变林业发展方式、调整林业产业结构、加快林业产业发展是促进农村产业兴旺的重要举措,也是北京建设生态宜居之都的有效路径。通过分析北京市营造林情况及林业产业结构发现,近年来北京市林业增绿增效显著,但存在森林资源总量不足、林业产业结构亟待优化等问题。最后,提出了继续推进首都增绿工程、推动林业产业优化升级、加强林业人才队伍建设等对策,并对北京林业产业发展前景予以了展望。

Forestry industry is an important carrier for the construction of ecological civilization, and changing the way of forestry industry development, adjusting the structure of forestry industry and speeding up the development of forestry industry are the important measures to promote the prosperity of rural industry, and is also an effective way for Beijing to build an ecological livable capital. Based on the analysis of forest construction and forestry industrial structure in Beijing, the authors found that in recent years, increasing green and efficiency in forestry industry were remarkable, but there were some problems such as insufficient total forest resources, urgent need of optimization in forestry industrial structure and so on. Finally, some countermeasures were put forward, such as continuing promoting the green project in the capital and the optimization and upgrading of the forestry industry, strengthening the personnel construction of forestry industry and others, and the prospect for the development of forestry industry in Beijing was given.
