摘要
在水环境突发污染事故后如何及时、有效地进行应急物资的运输调度,最大限度地减少水污染事故的危害尤其重要。对水环境突发污染事故应急物资运输路径进行研究,通过时间属性分量和道路连通可靠性两个决策属性分量建立了路径选择模型,根据水环境应急物资的特点并结合线性加权法,在模型中引入权重系数λ,λ的取值取决于所运输的水环境事故应急物资的种类,根据应急物资的不同而选取不同的运输路线。
It is especially important for us to make timely and effective transportation scheduling of emergency materials and minimize the harm of water pollution accidents. Study on water environment pollution accident emergency supplies transport path, through the two decision attribute component of time attribute component and road connectivity reliability, route choice model is established. According to the characteristics of emergency supplies of water environment and combined with the linear weighted method, the weight coefficient λ is introduced in the model, the λ value depends on transport material types of emergency supplies in water environmental accident, and then select different routes according to different emergency supplies.
