2016年,《环境影响评价技术导则地下水环境》(HJ 610-2016)发布实施,对于地下水环境影响的评价等级及评价范围确定做出了重大调整。针对新旧地下水导则评价等级及评价范围确定方法进行对比分析,并以此为基础,论述新导则的评价等级及评价范围确定方法在实例中的应用。

In 2016, the Technical guidelines for environmental impact assessment-groundwater environment （ HJ 610-2016） （hereinafter referred to as＂the new guidelines＂） was issued and implemented, the new guidelines have made major adjustments to the appraisal levels of groundwater environmental impact and the scope of appraisal. In this paper, the comparative analysis of the evaluation hierarchy and evaluation scope of old and new groundwater guides is made, and based on that discusses the application of the new guidelines in the example.
