摘要
目的:探讨桂林市交通相关PM2.5对怀孕大鼠及其子代的影响。方法:于2015年5月至2016年12月在桂林市交通要道旁连续采集交通相关PM2.5,配置为不同浓度PM2.5混悬染毒液。将雌性SD大鼠受孕后随机分为阴性对照组(生理盐水)、低剂量组(0.1mg/mL)、高剂量组(2 mg/mL),每组10只,连续全身暴露染毒17d,观察PM2.5对孕鼠及仔鼠的影响。结果:高剂量组死胎数、吸收胎数增多,活胎数减少,窝重、仔鼠出生体重均明显低于阴性对照组和低剂量组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:妊娠期高剂量交通相关PM2.5暴露可导致子代出生体重降低、死胎、吸收胎等不良妊娠结局。
Objective:To investigate the effects of traffic-related PM2.5 on pregnancy outcome in rats.Methods:PM2.5 samples were collected from the main roadside of Guilin from May 2015 to December 2016 and prepared as PM2.5 suspension.30 healthy gravid rats were randomly divided into control group,low-dose group and high-dose group.Rats in the low-dose group and high-dose group were respectively treated with0.1 mg/mL and 2 mg/mL PM2.5 suspension for 17 days,and the controls were given equal volume of saline.The pregnancy outcomes were observed after PM2.5 exposure.Results:The number of death embryos and absorption embryos was increased,and the number of living embryos was decreased in the high-dose group.The litter weight and body weight of the offspring in high-dose group were significantly lower than those in low-dose group and control group(P〈 0.05).Conclusion:High dose exposure of traffic-related PM2.5 during pregnancy could lead to lower birth weight,stillbirth,and fetal absorption.
