以咯血为首发症状的肺出血—肾炎综合征老年患者1例并文献复习 被引量：2

摘要 通过对1例以咯血为首发症状的肺出血-肾炎综合征（Goodpasture综合征）老年患者的诊治过程的观察,并结合国内外相关文献进行综合分析,探讨肺出血-肾炎综合征临床表现与诊断,以提高对该疾病的认识,减少误诊。1病例资料患者男性,85岁,因＂咳嗽、咳痰,咯血伴气促6d＂入院。入院诊断：（1）双肺肺炎;（2）Ⅰ型呼吸衰竭;（3）咯血查因;（4）高血压病1级（极高危组）。
