摘要
由于超高功率直流电弧炉(UHPDCEAF)炼钢过程是一个极为复杂的物理变化和化学反应过程,同时,在炼钢过程中存在着较强的非线性、不确定性、时变性和强耦合.对于这样一个复杂的过程,要建立它的精确数学模型是非常困难的,甚至是根本不可能的.根据大量的炼钢实践经验和统计数据,本文提出了一种基于常规控制和智能控制相结合的智能复合控制策略,这种方法已经成功地应用于UHPDCEAF炼钢过程之中。
The steelmaking process of the Ultra High Power Direct Current Electric Arc Furnace (UHP DC EAF) is a rather complex process with physicochemical reactions,characterizing the strong nonlinearity,uncertainty,timevariance and serious interconnection (i.e.some of the variables may not be linearly independent) etc. It is impossible to establish a precise model for the steelmaking of the UHP DC EAF. According to the concrete practice of the steelmaking process,the mathematical model of different steelmaking stages are constructed and an intelligent compound control strategy is presented based on the steelmaking process of UHP DC EAF in this paper. This method was successfully used in the steelmaking process of the UHP DC EAF in a factory.
