细胞焦亡信号转导机制及其在肾脏疾病发病中作用的研究进展 被引量:9

摘要 细胞焦亡是一种新近发现的、不同于凋亡的促炎性程序性细胞死亡方式。其信号转导途径包括半胱氨酸蛋白酶(Caspase)-1依赖的经典细胞焦亡途径与Caspase-4、Caspase-5、Caspase-11依赖的非经典细胞焦亡途径。目前研究发现,细胞焦亡参与了缺血再灌注急性肾损伤、糖尿病肾病、肾纤维化、晶体相关性肾病等多种肾脏疾病的发生发展。
