安国中药产业质量安全管理研究——基于数字本草和鑫民和科技的比较

Study on the Quality and Safety Management of the Chinese Traditional Medicine Industry: Comparison based on Shuzibencao and Xinminhe

安国市中药材质量安全控制发展薄弱,数字化信息化水平较低,制约了安国中药产业的升级发展。本文采用SWOT分析方法,通过数字本草和鑫民和的比较,分析安国中药产业发展的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战。从政府、质检企业、生产企业和资金4个层面提出促进安国中药质量安全管理发展完善的措施。得出结论:政府加强监管,完善政府职能,调动药农、政府、企业和人民大众积极性;质检企业利用数字化技术,提高质检服务水平,生产企业从药材保管、加工、中成药炮制过程加强质量控制;加强政府资金支持和企业自主融资。

The quality and safety control of Chinese herbal medicines in Anguo city was weak, and the level of digitalized information was relatively low, which restricted the upgrading and development of the traditional Chinese medicine industry. In this paper, SWOT analysis was used to analyze the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of the development of Anguo ＇s traditional Chinese medicine industry by means of comparison of the number of herbs and the Xinminhe. From the 4 levels of government, quality inspection enterprises, production enterprises and funds, measures to promote the development and improvement of quality and safety management of traditional Chinese medicine in Anguo were put forward. The conclusion was that the government should strengthen supervision, improve the functions of the government, and mobilize the enthusiasm of the pharmaceutical farmers, governments, enterprises and the masses. The quality inspection enterprises used digital technology to improve the quality inspection service level, and the production enterprises strengthen the quality control from the custody, processing, and processing of proprietary Chinese medicines. Strengthening government fund support and enterprise independent financing.
