摘要
本文根据五轴数控刀具磨床的相关研究,结合Solidworks三维建模软件完成了对五轴数控工具磨床的机械结构设计,并基于ANSYS Workbench这一有限元分析软件,对五轴数控刀具磨床的关键零部件进行了优化设计,为五轴数控工具磨床的实验样机制造提供了较为可靠的理论依据。
This paper is based on the research of five axis NC tool grinder,the mechanical structure design of five-axis CNC tool grinders was completed with Solidworks,and based on ANSYS Workbench,this finite element analysis software was the key to fiveaxis CNC tool grinders. The optimized design of parts and components provides a more reliable theoretical basis for the manufacture of experimental prototypes for five-axis CNC tool grinders.
