The power marketing is the core competitiveness of the power supply enterprise. The traditional power marketing has shortcomings in the deep mining and analysis of the data. It introduces the big data platform of electric power marketing,implements the data mining,prediction analysis,customer service and lean management based on the mass data of marketing system to improve the marketing industry. Service capability and service quality are important ways to ensure the sustainable development of power supply enterprises' marketing services.
