铁路运输在港口生产工作里占有举足轻重的地位,而铁路平交道口的安全防护工作也一直是生产安全工作关注的重点。一般社会道口虽然设有专人进行值守,但是仍然会出现行人随意穿越道口或车辆强行的情况,从而导致人员伤害以及财产损失,严重影响了正常的铁路运输秩序。因此如果能建立完善的安全防护系统,既能保证行人、车辆可以预先避让铁路又能加强道口工作人员对道口的监护,就能有效地避免交通事故的发生。

Railway transportation plays an important role in port production,and the safety protection of railway level crossing has always been the focus of production safety work. Although there is a special person on duty at general social crossing,there still appears the situation that pedestrians cross the crossing or the vehicle force at will,which results in personal injury and property loss,which seriously affects the normal railway transportation. Therefore,if a perfect safety protection system can be established,not only to ensure pedestrians,vehicles can avoid the railway in advance,but also to strengthen the supervision of crossing staff,can effectively avoid the occurrence of traffic accidents.
