电场-抽滤法制备VACNTs/PANI复合膜及其热性能研究

摘要 将改性后的单壁碳纳米管(SWNTs)水分散液与合成的聚苯胺(PANI)水分散液充分混合后,通过电场和抽滤协同的方法,制备成SWNTs垂直取向分布在PANI基体中的VACNTs/PANI纳米复合膜。采用FTIR、Raman和UV-Vis等测试手段确定改性的SWNTs、PANI和VACNTs/PANI纳米复合膜的结构;借助SEM、TEM观察了改性前后的SWNTs、PANI以及VACNTs/PANI纳米复合膜断面微观形貌;通过TGA研究了纳米复合膜的热学性能。结果表明,自主搭建的电场抽滤设备可实现VACNTs/PANI纳米复合膜的宏量制备。 The aqueous dispersions of modified single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWNTs) and polyaniline (PANI)were fully mixed, then VACNTs / PANI composite membrane was prepared through the synergy method of electric field andfiltration where the SWNTs was vertically arranged in the PANI matrix. The structural analysis of modified SWNTs, PANIand VACNTs / PANI nanocomposite membrane were determined by FTIR, Raman and UV - Vis tests, while thenanostructure and morphology of which were observed by SEM and TEM. Finally, the thermal properties of VACNTs /PANI nanocomposite membrane and PANI were compared by TGA. All above results showed that the VACNTs / PANInanocomposite membrane was synthesized successfully by the electric field / filtration synergy method and the thermalproperty of the nanocomposite membrane was improved greatly after the addition of SWNTs.
