摘要
采用3Ni-Al体系通过真空热压法制备出铁基表面Ni_3Al金属间化合物涂层,研究了3Ni-Al体系的反应过程、涂层的微观结构和相组成、界面形貌及涂层性能。研究结果表明:3Ni-Al体系在真空热压过程中能完全反应,在Fe基体表面原位形成Ni_3Al金属间化合物涂层。涂层组织纯净、致密,与Fe基体之间形成良好的冶金结合。Ni_3Al涂层的硬度显著高于Fe基体的硬度,约为400 HV左右。
Ni3Al intermetallic compound coating was synthesized on Fe matrix surface through hot pressing synthesisof Ni-Al system. The reaction process of 3Ni-Al system, microstructure and phase components of the coating, interfacemorphology as well as coating property were investigated. The results showed that the reaction of 3Ni-Al system was fullycompleted in hot pressing process to in-situ synthesize Ni3Al intermetallic compound coating on Fe matrix surface. Thecoating was pure and dense, which had good metallurgical bonding with the matrix. The hardness of Ni3Al coating wasremarkably higher than that of Fe matrix, which was about 400 HV.
