摘要
主要探究了利用热分解-金汞齐-原子吸收法对环境空气颗粒物中的汞进行测定。以石英滤膜为载体,采集环境空气颗粒物,分别进行方法检出限、方法精密度及准确度的实验。结果表明,该法最低检出含量为0.03 ng,测定下限为0.12 ng,方法精密度4.2%~9.4%,准确度79%~82%。此法简单快捷,无需前处理,仪器汞残留低且易清除,不失为一种有效测定环境空气颗粒物中汞的手段。
The use of thermal decomposition - gold amalgam - atomic absorption spectrophotometry for the directdetermination of mercury in ambient air particulates mainly was explored. The silica particles were used as the carrier tocollect ambient air particulates. The method detection limit, method precision and accuracy were tested. Experimentsshowed that the minimum detectable content of this method was 0. 03 ng. The lower detection limit was 0. 12 ng, themethod precision was 4. 2% .- 9. 4% and accuracy was 79% .- 82% . This method is simple and fast, withoutpretreatment, mercury residue is low, and it is easy to remove. This is an effective method for the determination ofmercury in ambient air particulates.
