摘要
《食品分析》是食品类专业的必修课程之一,以分析化学为基础,以理论与实践相结合的方式进行学习,是一门内容多、范围广的应用型课程。本文结合本校食品类专业的食品分析课程教学实践,分析现阶段课程中存在的问题,从教学内容和教学方式上对课程教学改革进行了探讨。提出了适用于食品分析课程的"PBL教学法",以期取得较好的教学效果。
Food Analysis is a required course in Food specialty, which is based on Analytical Chemistry. It is taughtin a way that combines theory with practice. It is also a practical course, which has many characteristics such asabundance of content and broad study field. Combined Food Analysis teaching practice of Food specialty in our school,the teaching situation was analyzed, and problem-based learning teaching method based on the teaching characteristics offood specialty was put forward. In this way, better result in teaching was got.
