城镇化背景下乡村传统家风传承的挑战与对策

Challenges and Strategies of Traditional Family Customs in Rural Areas In the Context of Urbanization

以城镇化为时代背景,以乡村家风为研究主体,分析了乡村传统家风传承的现状,研究发现城镇化背景下乡村传统家风有几方面的变化,主要表现在集体利益价值观念的淡化、家规家训传承载体的缺失和家庭德育功能的弱化三个方面。传统优良家风作为上层建筑,其变化归根结底是源于二元经济的发展,但其直接原因是建立在经济基础之上的乡村道德评价弱势化、乡村家庭结构的核心化以及乡村人们价值观念的利益化。由此村民个体素养的提升、道德价值的培养、家庭伦理的规训、乡村美德的传承对于重建乡村优良家风有着极为重要的理论和现实意义。

With urbanization as the background of the times and taking the rural family customs as the research subject,this paper analyzes the current situation of the heritage of the traditional rural family customs,and finds that there are several changes in the rural traditional family customs in the context of urbanization,mainly manifested in three aspects： the weakening of values of the collective interests,the lack of the carrier of family rules and the weakening of the function of moral education in the family. The traditional family customs,as social superstructure,its change is based on the development of the dual economic,but the direct reasons are the weakening of rural moral evaluation based on the economic basis,the core tendency of the rural family structure and the interest-driven for the rural people＇s values. Therefore,the author believes that the promotion of individual quality of villagers,the cultivation of moral values,the training of family ethics and the inheritance of rural virtues are of great theoretical and practical significance to the reconstruction of the excellent family customs in the countryside.
