摘要 [目的/意义]旨在为科研人员学术影响力评价提供参考。[方法/过程]将h指数、g指数、总被引频次等14个影响力评价参数划分为产出指标、引文指标和传播指标3类,运用PLS方法构建科研人员学术影响力评价模型,并对图书情报领域的科研人员进行实证分析。[结果/结论]将PLS方法运用于科研人员学术影响力评价是可行的;总下载量、总被引频次、被引用成果数是贡献度最高的3个评估指标,最高下载量、篇均被引频次和篇均下载量是贡献率最小的3个指标;与h指数相比,基于PLS模型计算的科研人员学术影响力名次变化较明显。 [Purpose/significance] The paper is to provide reference for the evaluation of researchers ' academic influence.[Method/process] The paper divides 14 influence evaluation parameters including h-index, g-index, total citations and so on into output index, citation index and communication index. Then it uses PLS method to construct the evaluation model for researchers' academic influence, and makes an empirical analysis on researchers of the library and information field. [Result/conclusion] The results show that PLS method can be used in evaluating academic influence. Total downloads, total citations and cited achievements are three evaluation indexes with highest contribution, meanwhile maximum downloads, citation per paper and downloads per paper are three evaluation indexes with lowest contribution. The ranking of researchers' academic influence calculated with PLS model changes more obviously than the ranking calculated with h-index.
