二氧化碳压缩机汽轮机异常振动原因分析及对策

摘要 针对二氧化碳压缩机汽轮机出现振动异常问题,对可能产生振动的原因逐项分析排查,通过采取更换呼吸阀过滤器和降低压缩机高压缸密封气压力等措施,使振动问题得以解决。结合检修解体实况,最终确认异常振动系汽轮机低压侧吸入油气混合物并高温形成油渣,使得转子轴部分区域发生摩擦所致。 Focusing on the abnormal vibration of CO2 compressor steam turbine, the possible reasons were checked one by one. By changing the filter on breather valve and reducing the seal gas pressure in high pressure compressor cylinder, the vibration was eliminated. During maintenance, it's finally confirmed that the vibration was caused by friction on rotor shaft, which was caused by suction of oil gas mixture at the low pressure side of steam turbine, forming the oil residue by high temperature.
