摘要
针对贫液泵在开车过程中出现断轴的问题,通过宏观断口、化学成分、强度以及振动等方面分析断裂原因,发现轴承制造质量欠佳是直接原因。通过对泵轴、锁紧背帽、滑动轴承、推力轴承及机械密封等的处理,贫液泵运行平稳。
The break of lean liquid pump shaft during commissioning was analyzed from macrofracture, chemical composition, strength and vibration. It's found the manufacture quality of bearing was the direct reason. By repairing pump shaft, locking nut, sliding shaft, thrust bearing and mechanical seal, the pump was restored to normal operation.
