摘要
结合化工园区整体以及各装置的特点,引入余能回收单元技术,对硝酸装置副产蒸汽、尿素装置和甲醇装置放空低压蒸汽、冷凝液余热、4.0 MPa蒸汽余能、循环水泵进行节能改造,回收利用其中的低品位余能,使园区装置整体的年运行成本降低近两千万元。
Considering the profile of chemical industry park and the characteristics of each plant, the waste heat recovery unit was installed to recover the waste heat from by-product of nitric acid plant, from low pressure steam vented from urea and methanol plant, from waste heat of condensate, from 4.0 MPa waste steam energy, and from innovation of circulating water pump, operation cost per year reducing near 20 million RMB yuan.
